It came in a ball of broken pieces so I had no way of dosing myself, I had no way of knowing what 1 piece looked like. The taste is horrible. It leaves this taste in your mouth for hours, it tastes like bubble gum that you've been chewing on for a week. BUT, the product was strong and I needed that.
